Dolphin Murderers - Is there still hope?

Hello and welcome to our blog; by Freya, Zahra and Giuliana. Firstly, we would just like to say thank you for showing curiosity in our blog. Small things like you opening our blog, helps us contribute to stopping the horrible killings of these innocent creatures.

We are trying to raise awareness of Campaign Whale, as we as well as many others, strongly believe that the murder of dolphins is intolerable and we are trying all that we can to inform people as a lot of the public are unaware of these happenings and we believe that by spreading the word, this will eventually become a worldwide problem to be solved. Our chosen organisation is called Campaign Whale, a non-profit establishment, which is acting against the murders of roughly 23,000 dolphins that are being slaughtered each year.  They have been working for many decades in revealing the terrible slaughtering which is happening to these beautiful, intelligent and loveable creatures and campaigning to make sure that it will never happen again.

The association was founded in 1980 and is managed by Andy Ottaway, and he overviews many campaigns but we have specifically chosen the campaign on ‘Japan’s Secret Dolphin Slaughter’ as it’s a subject we all feel strongly about. Although operating in England, this organisation targets many different countries worldwide to achieve support so we can gain justice for dolphins and other sea creatures.

However, they need your help. Due to the fact that the campaign receives no financial support from the government, they rely on the generosity from the dedicated and caring public to help financially to continue the amazing difference that they’re already making. If you choose to donate to Campaign Whale, you can choose how much and how often you want to contribute. Every pound makes a huge difference and your generosity would be greatly appreciated.

Together we can save Japan’s dolphins, but we need you.

Thank you once again for reading our blog. If you would like any more information on the topic, you could use this website; http://www.campaign-whale.org It would be greatly appreciated if you could post us a response on our blog, telling us your thought upon this disturbing subject. Please help stop these cruel and un-human actions towards these beautiful creatures in the sea and let them live a happy and free life. If you do give us a reply, here are a few questions to help you give us some helpful feedback. Please include your home town and country at the end of your response.....

  12. Before reading this I had never heard of this organisation or campaign, and through reading this blog I am now more informed, I would consider supporting the organisation after further research but I will definitely spread the word about this issue as I think these happenings are not humane and shouldn't be allowed as they're affecting innocent creatures.
