Help PETA Stop the seal slaughter!

Hello, my name is Olivia and I hope you will take the time to read my blog about seal slaughter and the work of PETA.

People should be more aware that seals around Canada are being clubbed to death every day! I aim to raise awareness of this cruel sport that puts seals through a lot of pain that isn’t necessary at all! Every day men and women go out with bats and whack seals until they are dead or paralysed, quite often they are skinned alive as all the poachers want is their fur, which sells for very high amounts of money. The seals bodies are then left on the ice to rot away or be eaten by other animals. The seals pups can be as young as 3 months old when they are clubbed to death! About 44%- 62% of seal pups born don’t survive their 1st year due to the poachers.  Sometimes poachers just kill the seals for fun! They have no means of using any of the seal, they slaughter for pleasure. Slowly but steadily seals are becoming less and less due to the stupid behaviour of some people.

I hope you will join me and PETA to help stop seal slaughter by spreading awareness and donating, by raising awareness and donating. By raising awareness more people will know about this crazy sport and then more action can be taken against seal slaughter. Any money that gets donated goes towards the protection of seals and would save many seals from being clubbed. I believe people should take action against seal slaughter, imagine the next generation not knowing wheat a seal was!? It’s such a cruel sport that needs to be stopped. You should help take action so no more blood is shed for no reason, so seals go through no more pain than they already have and so the cruel people can be put to their shame and stopped! Please help me abolish this sport forever!
