Mercy Hospital Ships sail away to give safety and support

Thank you for taking interest in my blog! Hi, our names are Harriet and Dominique & I think that the organisation of Mercy Ships is working brilliantly and we should support them fully.

Mercy Ships is a global organisation that has created a fleet of hospital ships in developing, less fortunate countries since 1978. Mercy Ships brings hope and healing to the poor. They travel around the world and deliver service free of charge to those that cannot afford the costs. They are a huge crew of qualified and trained volunteers that take up their free time to save lives.

- Performed more than 47,000 life- changing operations.
-Mercy ships have treated an unbelievable 422,000 patients in their land clinics with more than 456,000 medical procedures.
-Treated over 95,000 dental patients with more than 228,000 dental procedures.

Kadiatu has suffered for a decade with a tumour growing in her jaw which pushed out all of her teeth and caused her to lose speech but Mercy ships gave her the correct treatment and saved her life.

Just think that you can make a difference just by telling your friends and family and spreading the word that Mercy Ships need supporters.
Mercy Ships save lives and so can YOU!

Remember you can contact Mercy ships at their website:

  5. I hadn't heard of Mercy ships before but feel much more informed now. I already donate to three other charities so don't feel free to donate anything at presnt. I seldom use e-bay but would be happy enough to mention MercyShips when I do. The more publicity that Harriet and Dominique get will help the cause tremendously. Well done the two of you!
